Noble Station

In December of 2022, City Council approved entering into a Purchase Agreement with TWG Development for the sale of City-owned property for the construction of a 52-unit affordable housing development. TWG’s application for housing tax credits was subsequently approved by the Ohio Housing Finance Authority in May of 2023 to help facilitate the project. At this time the project is going through the design review and approval process with the City’s boards and commissions.
