Cleveland Heights City Council Seeks Applications for a Recently Vacated City Council Seat
CLEVELAND HEIGHTS, OH, 03/10/2020 - The Cleveland Heights City Council seeks applications for a recently vacated City Council seat.
"This will be the same open and transparent process that was used in 2019. Council will review all applications and each applicant will be videotaped and asked 3 pertinent City questions by members of the League of Women Voters. All applications and videos will be posted on the City’s website" said Mayor Jason Stein.
City Council will then determine the finalists for the position and will personally interview the selected applicants. "We welcome and anticipate interest from our citizens who want to serve their community" said Stein.
View and fill out the City Council Application online or printed and either dropped off, emailed or mailed to City Hall. The deadline is Monday, March 23, 2020 has been extended until April 6, 2020 at 5:00 pm.
