ADVERTISEMENT FOR BIDS/PUBLIC NOTICE TO BIDDERS

Online bids will be received by Public Works starting May 19, 2025 until 12:00pm May 23, 2025 and will be immediately opened and read immediately thereafter for the:

2025 VEHICLE AUCTION

Online bids are to be submitted to Richard Kriefall, Interim Vehicle Maintenance Supervisor at rkriefall@clevelandheights.gov . No bids will be accepted after 12:00pm. These vehicles are located at 14200 Superior Road and other locations.   If you wish to see the vehicles, please contact Mr. Kriefall via email.  

It will be the winning bidder’s responsibility to submit payment (cash, money order, business or certified check) for the full amount in advance of receipt of the vehicles being released.  It will also be the winner’s responsibility to remove said vehicles within seven(7) working days from City property unless a $100.00 per day storage fee will be assessed.

The City reserves the right to reject any and all bids, to waive any informalities in the bids received and to accept any bid which it deems most favorable.
