Resolution 2-2023: Second Reading. A Resolution authorizing the Mayor to execute an agreement with Schonhardt & Associates for the provision of assistance to the City’s Finance Department in the preparation of the 2022-2024 Annual Comprehensive Finance Reports; providing compensation therefor; and declaring the necessity that this legislation become immediately effective as an emergency measure.

Resolution 3-2023: First Reading. A Resolution expressing the concern of the residents and City Council for delays in United States Postal Service (“USPS”) mail delivery in several Cleveland Heights neighborhoods over the past several months and further expressing the appreciation of the residents and City Council to our USPS postal carriers who are working long hours due to significant staffing shortages.

Resolution 4-2023: First Reading. A Resolution authorizing the Mayor to execute an agreement with Friends of Mendelsohn, a non-profit corporation, for payment of funding to Naylor Wellman, LLC for historic preservation services related to the placement of Park Synagogue, 3300 Mayfield Road, Cleveland Heights on the National Registry of Historic Places and designation of such building as a National Landmark; and declaring the necessity that this legislation become immediately effective as an emergency measure.
