Second Readings

Resolution 33-2023: Second Reading. A Resolution authorizing the Mayor to enter into an agreement with Wade Trim, Inc. of Ohio, for professional design engineering services relating to control of sanitary sewer overflows CH-13 and CH-61 and illicit connections on Hampshire Road; and declaring the necessity that this legislation become immediately effective as an emergency measure.

Resolution 34-2023: Second Reading. A Resolution authorizing the Mayor to enter into an agreement with Cleveland Compaction for the acquisition and installation of a new Transfer Station Compactor for the Refuse and Recycling Division of the Department of Public Works; and declaring the necessity that this legislation become immediately effective as an emergency measure.

Resolution 35-2023: Second Reading. A Resolution acknowledging receipt from the Coventry Village Special Improvement District of a Plan for public services and improvements, and returning said Plan to the Board of Directors without comments or recommendations for changes; and declaring the necessity that this legislation become immediately effective as an emergency.

Ordinance 37-2023: First Reading. An ordinance to amend certain subparagraphs of Ordinance No. 168-2022(F), relating to appropriations and other expenditures of the City of Cleveland Heights, Ohio for the fiscal year ending December 31, 2023 and declaring the necessity that this legislation become immediately effective as an emergency measure.

Ordinance 38-2023: First Reading. An Ordinance establishing salary schedules, position classifications and other compensation, and benefits for officers and employees of the City; and declaring the necessity that this legislation become immediately effective as an emergency measure.

Resolution 39-2023: First Reading. A Resolution reappointing Peter Titas, Deby Auerbach Brown, and Alex Pesta as members of the Parks and Recreation Advisory Board of the City of Cleveland Heights, OH; and declaring the necessity that this legislation become immediately effective as an emergency measure.

Ordinance 40-2023: First Reading. An Ordinance accepting and ratifying the material terms of the CVS, Walgreens, and Walmart Settlements pursuant to the OneOhio Memorandum of Understanding consistent with the terms of the July 21, 2021, National Opioid Settlement Agreement.

Ordinance 41-2023: First Reading. An Ordinance accepting and ratifying the material terms of the Teva and Allergan Settlements pursuant to the OneOhio Memorandum of Understanding consistent with the terms of the July 21, 2021, National Opioid Settlement Agreement.
