Cedar-Fairmount Special Improvement District: Special Assessment Notice – Undeliverable
On August 4, 2025 the Council of the City of Cleveland Heights passed Resolution No. 148-2025. This resolution declares it a necessity to assess 100% of the costs of implementing the Plan of Services To Be Provided by Cedar Fairmount Improvement District (“Plan of Services”).
The assessments of costs for such a plan will be levied annually on each parcel within the District in proportion to the tax value of the included properties in the manner provided by the Plan of Services. The costs of the Plan of Services and the estimated first year assessments for the included properties are currently on file with the Clerk of Council and available for inspection.
Notices were mailed August 8, 2025 via the United States Postal Service (USPS). Pursuant to Ohio Revised Code Chapter 727, notices that are returned or determined to be undeliverable shall be published on the City website in accordance with applicable law.
For purposes of this notification, the term “undeliverable” is inclusive of the following:
- Undeliverable
- Forwarded to Alternate Address
- Moving Through Network/Delayed
- No Access to Delivery Location/Attempt Redelivery
- Delivery Attempted/No Authorized Recipient Available
